The Spirit Ball will be held Saturday, Oct 26, 2013, the Saturday before Halloween. To celebrate the ghostly season true 19th-century style, the lavish masquerade event is held at the Conrad-Caldwell House Museum on St. James Court – right in the heart of Old Louisville, the nation’s most haunted neighborhood.
The Spirit Ball is a gala costume affair where guests dance the night away in 19th-century elegance in one of the city’s most opulent mansions. In addition to music, dancing, prizes and a silent auction to benefit the Conrad-Caldwell House, party-goers enjoy gourmet cuisine and expertly mixed cocktails amidst the Victorian splendor of lovely gas-lit St. James Court.
Plans are under way for this year’s Ball! Elaborate Face-Painting and photographs will be available as well as Fortune Tellers. The Silent Auction will have some incredible items.
All proceeds go to the upkeep and preservation of the Conrad-Caldwell House Museum. You can purchase tickets below or by calling (502) 636-5023. Visit The Spirit Ball Facebook page for more info.
